Pack Your Items
Securely pack the unused products in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the items back to our distribution center; we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 7 business days.
