The Alpha® PVA QC Style Marble Edge Polishing System is a low-speed, quick-change polishing system designed for use with aluminum snail-lock backer plates on low-speed polishing tools. It is engineered for edge polishing applications where controlled speed, consistent results, and fast pad changes are required.

The system uses a snail-lock adapter that allows each polishing pad to twist on and off the backer plate without tools. Pads are installed and removed with a simple locking motion, reducing downtime between grit changes while maintaining consistent pad alignment during polishing.
