Alpha Twincur EB Polishing Pads
Alpha Twincur EB Polishing Pads are polishing pads designed for use on automated edge polishing machines when working with engineered stone and quartz surfaces. The pads are developed to support bullnose edge polishing and straight edge polishing with consistent surface refinement and predictable performance.
Each polishing disc features a snail lock mounting interface that fits standard snail lock adapters commonly used on single-head and multiple-head automated machines. When the micro-oscillating option on compatible equipment is enabled, these pads can also be used for straight edge polishing operations.
Twincur EB pads are available in 4", 5", and 6" diameters with multiple grit options to support progressive polishing steps from shaping through final finish. Resin-bond and LC resin-bond versions are offered to accommodate different material conditions and production requirements.
